  I'm fairly new to the area but with 3 dogs and 3 cats, plus part-time care of my mum's similar sized furry family, I've already become a very regular customer. Always a pleasure. Every team member I e dealt with has been friendly and professional and super helpful, always offering to help carry shopping to my car, and no problem exchanging a dog harness (twice!) I recently bought - first time because I ordered the wrong size by mistake, 2nd time because even the RIGHT size didn't fit my oddly shaped doggoe comfortably so had to try a different sort/brand. The staff member made a recommendation that works well, thank you
