- natalie cosh Added November 21, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Totally appalling service, placed my family in a mould invested unit and then once deemed inhabitable and now being investigated by tenants union still attempted to make us pay full rent and re leasing fees when the place shouldn't be aloud to have anyone in it, next door neighbour lost clothes and furniture and now they are holding her bond forcing her to come up with reasons "why" she apparently brought the mould in!!! When there was no vents to begin with to allow condensation out.
They were meant to assist with relocating instead pulled out for weeks keeping us in the invested unit , brook is nothing but rude and obnoxious, she would never allow herself or family to be living like we had too.
Harriet is a sheep to brook and does everything she asks ...I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS OR REAL ESTATE TO ANYONE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE MISTREATED AND DEGRADED AS THET HAVE THE UPPER HAND ,
